2009 LITTLE MISS & MISTER CONTEST
The Dearborn County 4-H & Community Fair will hold the fourteenth annual
Little Miss and Mister contest at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.
The contest is for boys and girls ages 5 to 7 years old. Contestants
must have spent at least 2 hours from 7/1/07 to 5/31/08 making our
community a better place. Some examples are: visit a nursing home; help clean
up or beautify a park or neighborhood; collect food or clothing for
clearing house, church pantry, or Heart House; collect pet food and/or
supplies for the animal shelter.
2009 RULES
1. Entrants must be a resident of Dearborn County and must be at least
5 years old and cannot have reached their 8th birthday by June 1,
2009. (born between June 1, 2004 and May 31, 2001).
2. Contestants must complete at least 2 hours of community service
from January 1 to May 31, 2009.
3. Contestants will wear tee-shirt provided, shorts, socks & shoes (no
sandals or flip-flops).
3. Entry forms must be postmarked by May 23rd and must include the $5
entry fee & current photo of the contestant. (photo will be returned).
4. Contestants will be judged on conduct, personality, attentiveness,
and response to questions.
5. Mail completed entry form with $5 fee and current photo
(max size 5"x 7") to:
