Has a program on HEALTHY SNACKS ATTACK.

Many children & families today have poor eating habits and limited exercise.

Studies show that the prevalence of overweight children ages 6-17 have almost doubled in 20 years.

This program will teach your child & you some simple steps to blend fitness and food for a healthy body.

This session will be interactive and "hands on"

Find out how to make a stick man out of cheese and vegetables.

Pack a nutritious lunch.

Make exercise fun and fitness.
